your money back. All lobsters and seafood are
from the waters of the lobster capital of the
world, therefore we guarantee that you will come
back again and again to enjoy Maine lobster from
the beautiful waters of Penobscot Bay.

FAQ's
Shipping
All lobsters and
seafood are shipped in insulated boxes and cold
gel packs to guarantee freshness. Orders must be
received by 1:00pm Eastern Standard Time for next
day delivery. We provide FREE deliver Tuesday
thru Friday. Saturday deliveries add $20. (No
Deliveries on Sunday or Monday).
Note:
Some rural addresses may not be serviceable via
next day.
We will guarantee
that your lobsters leave our facility alive, we
also recommend someone be available when the
lobsters arrive. We are not responsible for
lobsters left unsigned at your doorstep and
unattended. All shipping costs are included in
purchase price. Each order will have a
confirmation number and tracking number, so you
can track your shipment at any time.

Handling
When your lobsters
arrive, you should inspect them to make sure
there is some movement. Call or email us if your
package is damaged or lobsters show no movement.
If you are going to eat the lobsters that night
it is fine to leave them in the box. For the best
flavor, it’s recommended to eat lobsters the
same day of delivery. You could store in the
refrigerator up to 24 hours, place the lobsters
inside the refrigerator storage bin with damp
newspaper, which will be provided inside the
shipment. We are not responsible for lobsters not
cooked the same day as delivery. Remember to pick
lobster up by the body (not claws or tail) and
always leave rubber bands on claws until cooked.
Never put your lobsters in tap water or the
freezer!
Ordering
All transactions
will be done on a secure server. Customer data
collected will be protected against unauthorized
usage. We will never sell or trade data collected
from individual transaction. Check out our

Certificates
Lobster is the
perfect gift for a loved one or someone you
appreciate. When you purchase one of our gift
certificates we will automatically send a
personalized gift certificate describing the
seafood they will receive.
We will arrange
delivery of the product selected and will answer
any questions the recipient may have. So they
will remember their experience with us for a long
time to come.
